Q: Does the item come with free shipping?
A: Free Shipping on Orders Over $20. There is a shipping fee of $4.99 for orders under $20.
Note: Extra shipping costs may apply for remote locations.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We support ships to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc.
Q: How do I check the status of my package?
A: Get your tracking number from the order detail or your email from SODI.

Q: How long does delivery usually take?
A: The product ships within 1-2 business days after purchase, with delivery taking around 7-15 business days. Delivery may take longer during the holiday season.
Q: How will my product be shipped?
A: We use express delivery services for quick and safe delivery.
Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We strive to deliver all items purchased on the same day together. Items purchased on different days may not be delivered together.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after the product has shipped?
A: Shipment information cannot be changed once the product is en route.
Q: What do I do if I receive a product that's different from what I ordered?
A: Email us immediately with your order ID and photos of the shipping label, SKU model number on the product box, and the product itself. Send all photos to hello@sodi.design.
