Q: How long does delivery usually take?
A: Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping takes about 7-14 business days.

Q: How will my product be shipped?
A: We use express delivery services to ensure quick and safe delivery.
Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We will ship out all items purchased on the same day together. Items purchased on different dates will not be shipped out together.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after the product has shipped?
A: Shipment information cannot be changed once the product is en route.
Q: What do I do if I receive a product that's different from what I ordered?
A: Email us immediately with your order ID and photos of the shipping label, SKU model number on the product box, and the product itself. Send all photos to hello@sodi.design.

A: Please email us your order ID and photos of the shipping label you received, the SKU label on the box you received, and photos of all the products you received.
