It’s an all metal stand with a metal hinge that bends downward when a laptop is put on it. This causes the top of the stand to clamp on the laptop and the bottom widen to make it really stable.All the contact points have quality silicon bumpers to prevent any scratches on the laptop.Highly recommended!

I recently bought a bigger monitor for work. Before I was using a smaller monitor and my MacBook as a second monitor but now my newer one is bigger I don’t need to use the MacBook anymore. I’ve seen other people setups where they just put theirs in a stand so I searched for one that seemed nice and chose this. It works great and looks great. I like the size seems adjustable depending on what you put. I put my MacBook Pro in and it gently closed and secured my laptop nicely. I love it and looks great. Will update if anything changes.

This silver colored stand is well made, very sturdy, it’s spring loaded and adjusts to many sizes. It fits a laptop, or a tablet or a phone. You can also use the front slot for your phone while placing the closed laptop behind it. I included 7 pictures so you could understand how well designed it is. The SODI stand measures approximately 6.75 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall. Cost is reasonable for the excellent quality.

Good build quality, looks nice and bonus points for the ability to open the MacBook slightly whilst still in the stand to aid ventilation and cooling whilst under a heavy processing workload

I am very impressed with this laptop vertical stand. I’m using a MacBook Pro with it but you can use any laptop with this stand. It’s made from a metal that feels similar to the MacBook. It’s heavy so it’s not going to topple over and crash. I really like the rubber pads on every contact point with the laptop so no scratches. Very innovative design, just place the laptop in & the sides close in to secure it in place.
